An Effective Presentation

Visual effects that are incorporated into business presentations are vital to the success of presentation, selecting the appropriate content and knowing what the audience’s needs; when the presenter has insight into the knowledge of the audience, then appropriate content is added to presentation at the level of understanding of audience.

            The use of graphic design, and smart art as well as charts will enhance any presentation. Templates are an effective tool when creating a presentation; these will get the presenter headed in the right direction.

            There are many software programs also available, all that the presenter must do, is choose the right software program for the right presentation. The presenter is able to use the many tools built into Power Point, these give the presenter an edge in a successful presentation.

            An effective presentation will reach out and grab the audience, and will provoke interaction by the audience, it is most important for the presenter to learn the many strategies and tools available to them for an effective presentation. 

Visual aids assist making a presentation more interesting as well as persuasive thus motivating the audience. The level of retention leans towards the positive and they are more aptly to remember what the presentation was about. The audience is informed.

             The slide show will contain “titles and content slides”. Several degrees of colors will be used as well as, add in “custom animation” to some of the slides to incorporate visual dynamics. The addition of clip art will be added to complement the purpose the presentation for consistency of design throughout the presentation. 

             Charts, clip art and diagrams from other programs will be incorporated into presentation to show the convenience and productivity in regard to the product being presented. Font will be light with boldness to convey the message being sent and to catch the eye of the audience.

             This format gives proficient examples of the service that is offered and shows the benefits that the service offers to the office complex and its employees, keeping in mind “who the audience is” and “the purpose” for this service that is being presented.

            The message conveyed will be  one that associates will know they will add productivity to a more effective work week, keeping the energy levels balanced which is needed to complete a productive work day. The presentation will contain an approach with enough information to show the validity of the service that will be offered.

            This presentation is challenging as well as educational. Completing little more than half of the presentation, I am exploring the vastness of information pertaining to visual presentations. This is an excellent avenue for developing a persuasive presentation.
